    Eugenia Zubova born in Komsomolsk-na-Amure in 1990, Evgenia started playing the violin at the age of 6 under the tutorship of E. Pelikh.  Throughout the school years she played at a variety of concerts and participated in several municipal and territorial competitions and became a prize winner repeatedly.

    In 2002 she moved to Novosibirsk and continued her studying in special music school-college in class of N. Kosolapova. In 2006 she started her classes as violist under professor of Novosibirsk State M. Glinka Conservatory, Honoured Art Worker U. Mazchenko. As well, she was studying viola d’amur and performed Stamitz viola concerto for viola d’amur and orchestra with Novosibirsk symphonic orchestra. As well, she played many concerts; there she performed as a soloist and chamber music player.
     
    Competitions:

    • 2007 – International Music Competition “Hope” in Krasnoyarsk. Winner of III prize.
    • 2008 -  International Competition  “New Names” in Moscow. Prize winner in string quartet nomination.
    • 2009 – Open All-Russian Mazur Competition “Traditions and Today” in Sant-Petersburg. Grand Prize winner.

    Took classes from:  Stravinsky String Quartet members – Alexander Shoustin (violin) and Daniil Meerovich (viola), Mikhail Gotsdiner (Tchaikovsky String Quartet),  professor in Amsterdam Conservatory – Dmitry Fershtman (Glinka Quartet, cello), Yuri Bashmet.

    Eugenia took part in festival – master classes in  Academia Musicale Chigiana (Siena, Italy, 2011).

    From 2009 Eugenia continued her music education in the Moscow State P. I. Tchaikovsky Conservatory in the class of associate professor, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Roman Balashov.

    She is a participant of chamber orchestra of Moscow conservatory under Professor, People's Artist of  Russia Eduard Grach.
