The Scholarly and Research Activities of Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory
Not only does Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory carry out a lot of educational and concert activities but also perform extensive scholarly and research work, successfully continuing the glorious traditions of both pre-revolutionary and Soviet musical scholarship. It is as many as sixteen basic scholarly and research divisions function at our institution today:

- Research Center for the Matters of Musical Art and Music Education
- The Students’ Scholarly and Art Society
In addition to the above-named divisions, the Nikolai Rubinstein Museum and the Office of Archives perform their very important scholarly and historical researches as well.
Thanks to the efforts of their staff, the Moscow Conservatory buildings host exhibitions of historical documents and photographs related to the lives of the institution’s outstanding professors and teachers on a regular basis.
