The Video Content Competition “An Artist’s Frame” was presented in the Moscow Conservatory’s Conference Hall on 9 December 2024. This competition is to grant both graduate and postgraduate students of the Moscow Conservatory an opportunity to create their original video content in order to implement their ideas in the named area of artistry.

The book “Vladimir Gorlinsky. Beyond the light. A journey through the ensemble”

The new book “Vladimir Gorlinsky. Beyond the light. A journey through the ensemble” was presented in the Moscow Conservatory’s Conference Hall on 28 November 2024 at midday. The book tells about a piece composed by Gorlinsky in the course of the Notes and Quotes program by the Union of Russia’s Composers and dedicated to the 30^th anniversary of the Studio of New Music Ensemble of Soloists. The award ceremony for the winners of the Third Music Academy International Competition of Musicologists preceded the presentation.

The Electroacoustic Music Center hosted a presentation of Sergei Uvarov’s book The Millennials’ Voice. The presentation included compositions by three of the twelve protagonists of the book: Alexander Khubeyev, Anna Pospelova, and Nikolai Popov; then a discussion followed.
