Graduated from the Bykovo Town Music School in Moscow Region (1996), from the Moscow Aviation Institute (2000, undergraduate, aviation engineering), from the Moscow State Institute of Service Management (2003, graduate, economics), and from the Moscow State University of Mechanical Engineering (2016, postgraduate, legal studies). Passed several courses of additional training at various state educational institutions (1999–2017).
