Special Prizes Presented to the Winners of the Second Rachmaninoff Competition
The Second Sergei Rachmaninoff International Competition for Pianists, Composers, and Conductors ended on 26 June 2025. Based on its results, the Moscow Conservatory established special prizes, which were ceremoniously presented by Dr. Alexander Sokolov, the Acting Rector, on the eve of the winners’ gala concert.

Solemn meeting dedicated to the 155th anniversary of the Moscow Conservatory
В Большом зале состоялось торжественное собрание, посвященное 155-летию Московской консерватории. В праздничном мероприятии приняли участие помощник Президента Российской Федерации В.И. Толстой, заместитель министра культуры России О.С. Ярилова, ректоры творческих вузов России, представители органов государственной власти. Члены коллектива Московской консерватории были награждены почетными грамотами, благодарностями и памятными подарками. Ректор Московской консерватории Александр Соколов по традиции наградил пятерых сотрудников, чей стаж работы превышает 50 лет, золотыми медалями имени Николая Рубинштейна
