Site mosconsv.ru is the official representation of the university "Moscow P. I. Tchaikovsky Conservatory" (further – the Conservatory) in the WorldNet the Internet.

The present "Agreement on use of the site" (further – the Agreement) establishes the principles of use of the Site information which you are now looking through (further – the Site).

Duties of the Visitor

The data on activity of the Conservatory displayed on the Site is the information belonging to it on the property right. Use of such information in any purposes, except for personal, without the consent of the Conservatory is not supposed.

At a reprint, the reference to the Site mosconsv.ru is obligatory. Giving references to the Site is considered as normal.

The Conservatory, neither its employees, nor suppliers and manufacturers of the content, nor licensors can guarantee absence of mistakes or continuous functioning of the Site. Thus the above mentioned persons do not give any guarantees concerning possible results of use of the Site or concerning accuracy, reliability of the content of this or that information, service or  product, offered via the Site.

Services of the Site are given by a principle "as it is", without granting any guarantees, direct or meant, including a guarantee of suitability for any specific goals.
